Product description:

Suitable for print-and-apply labeling on top surfaces of products such as packaging boxes, cartons, and packaging bags. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, fresh produce, electronics, hardware, stationery, daily chemical, printing, and e-commerce industries. It supports integrated conveyor-based print-and-apply labeling, dual-mode labeling (dynamic on-the-move and static), modular labeling head with adaptive labeling height for different products, PLC integration for inline production, no air supply required for high stability, recipe storage with one-touch recall, and fault self-diagnosis with alarm indication (such as label shortage, missed labeling, or material jam).


Optional configurations include a vision inspection system for label defect detection, MES/ERP system integration for data upload and interaction, and barcode/QR code recognition via scanner or industrial smart camera. It also supports electric module adjustment for one-touch label position switching, making it suitable for frequent production line changes, as well as an industrial control all-in-one PC for creating and editing print templates.
